If your return is approved:

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Ship it to the address provided in our confirmation email
  • You will be responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


5. Exchanges

We can offer an exchange only if the product you received is defective or incorrect, and if the requested replacement is available in stock.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
